We support our customers as a strategic partner and act as their “external IT department” at the highest level.

To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for an experienced full-stack developer (m/f/d) who not only implements code excellently, but also acts primarily as an architect and technical consultant for our customers.

Your mission: What to expect

As a senior full-stack consultant, you are the technical spearhead in our most demanding customer projects. You translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable and secure software architectures. You are not only a developer, but also the trusted advisor for our customers — from the initial idea to conception to successful go-live and beyond.

Your tasks: What you will move

• Technical advice & architecture: You analyse our clients' business processes and design tailor-made software architectures in the cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Full stack development: You develop sophisticated, clean and maintainable applications — from backend (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) to frontend (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Secure-by design: You implement “security-by-design” principles and work closely with our cyber security experts to build highly secure solutions.
• Project coaching: You act as a technical mentor for customers and junior developers and establish best practices in agile (Scrum) and DevOps processes.
• API & integration: You design and build complex API interfaces and seamlessly integrate solutions into existing system landscapes.

Your profile: What you bring

• Experience: Several years (5+ years) of project experience as a full-stack developer in complex environments.
• Tech stack: Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks, e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python (Django/Flask) or Java (Spring Boot)/C# (.NET Core).
• Cloud native: Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• DevOps & Security: You think in CI/CD pipelines, understand infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform) and have a strong awareness of application security (OWASP Top 10).
• Consultant mindset: Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can explain complex technical issues to non-technical management in an understandable way.
• Methodology: You live by agile values (Scrum/Kanban) and have a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
